As we explore the power of Attention, we elevate the power of Mindfulness. Again, this is simple but not easy. Attention involves observing the operation of your experiences from moment to moment. With practice you can begin to focus on your internal sensations and feelings as well as your external experiences. You can notice when you are ruminating about the past or worrying about the future, then pausing to gently return to the present moment where life is happening with clear deep awareness and wisdom.
