“Radical Self-Care”

Practicing “equanimity” on your mat in Yin class will enable you to take a new calm with you into your hectic life in the present moment. Soon you will find that so-called distractions in life are no longer a bother, but a merely just a part of your life journey. This means less anxiety and less stress and more ease and peace.
