“Caring for Yourself Without Judgment”
Your self-care begins by believing you deserve to be cared for. Self-care means you begin to develop a sensitivity to your emotional, mental and physical well-being. This concept is far from selfish. It springs from a desire to feel well enough to experience your own happiness and show up more fully for yourself and others. Then, you can know that no matter what you are facing in your life, no matter how painful, remember the Sufi King and his ring, “This too shall pass”.
