Finding balance in your mind and body can be obtained through the simple act of slowing down. Slowing down is a gift you can give to yourself any time you are feeling the stress of the Yang world. This means taking a pause now and then, during your busy-ness. First, notice you are stressed. Second, pause and move through your favorite breathing technique for 8-10 rounds. Third, drink a glass of water. This pause will boost your immune system and keep you out of doctor’s offices. Take control of your life, live in the present moment.
